Alanya

Alanya is a popular tourist destination and the menus outside restaurants were in at least 8 languages! The town has been lived in since Paleolithic times. Historical sites includes the Kale (fortress), Kızılkule (Red Tower) and the Damlataş Mağarası caves which are reputedly good for asthma. A boat trip around the bay is one of the highlights of Alanya.
